Sea bathing, milk bathing...it's all good! Soaking in an herbal bath has stimulative and penetrating power. It promotes and preserves our first line of defense--the skin. About 15-20 minutes in very warm water with bath soaks added is enough to fight disease, induce restful sleep, provide nutrients, draw toxins, relieve soreness, and soften and soothe the skin.
