Oatmeal is the classic ingredient in this excellent non-soap cleanser formulated for sensitive skin. Victorian Non-Soap Face Cleansing Powder is a powdered blend including organic oats, florals, and clay. All skin types can use this cleanser, but it especially benefits those with sensitive skin. It contains amino acids and soothing trace elements. The clay is good for delicate skin and is rich in minerals, such as silica and calcium. Combine approximatesly 1 teaspoon of the powder with water or milk in your hand to form a paste; apply to skin while gently massage in circular motion and let remain for a few seconds; rinse thoroughly with warm water.
